The homeowners had just purchased the home and in their first winter had noticed drafts and air leaks in the home. We caulked the entire home for a proper seal from the elements. Then the home was then chemically cleaned and stained. The previous owners had used a solid stain on the home.

The new owners were remodeling the home and picked new colors for the home and trim.Here is the before and after pictures. The red window trim is the after picture.
